Methods
Step 01
Heat Priestley’s Gourmet Delights Beetroot & Whipped Feta Muffin in the microwave for 40 seconds on high.
Step 02
Place muffin halves on a plate.
Step 03
Add salad ingredients in a bowl, and toss. Then place on the plate, and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
Step 04
Decorate with baby beetroots.
