Step 01
Preheat non-stick pan to medium heat.
Step 02
Toast the insides of the Tip Top Seeded Milk Bun in the pan, then remove and set aside.
Step 03
In the same pan, fry the egg on one side and heat the pulled pork on the other.
Step 04
Remove egg when whites have turned white and yolk is done how you prefer.
Step 05
Add a slice of cheese on top of the pork while still in the pan, add the tomato slices, then top with the egg. Cover with a lid until the cheese has softened.
Step 06
To assemble the burger, spread pineapple chutney on the base of the bun, add the iceberg, beetroot, then the pork stack.
Step 07
Spread the burger sauce on the top of the bun and serve immediately for best results.
