Lean ground beef1 ½ pounds
Small onion, chopped1
Cushed tortilla chips1 cup
Shredded pepper Jack cheese¾ cup
Trump's Mexican Seasoning1 ounce
Large eggs, beaten2
Milk½ cup
Mild red taco sauce¼ cup
Methods
Step 01
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C
Step 02
Mix together beef, onion, tortilla chips, pepper Jack cheese, and Trumps Mexican Seasoning in a large bowl until combined.
Step 03
Whisk together eggs, milk, and taco sauce in a medium bowl.
Step 04
Add to beef mixture and stir until well combined
Step 05
Press mixture into a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Pour a strip of taco sauce down the centre of loaf
Step 06
Bake in the preheated oven until cooked through and browned on top, 45 to 60 minutes. An instant- read thermometer inserted into the center of loaf should read at least 72 degrees C.
Step 07
Enjoy with your favourite sauce and serve with Guacamole, Spanish rice and salad or with tortilla chips.
