Ground cinnamon1 tsp
Honey or maple syrup1 tbs
SPC ProVital 2 Fruits Diced Fruit240g
Extra natural yoghurt, to serve
Ground cinnamon for dusting
Methods
Step 01
Place oats, milk, yoghurt, cinnamon, and honey in a bowl. Stir to combine. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Step 02
To serve, layer oat mixture in a small glass jar with Diced Two Fruits, extra yoghurt and a sprinkle cinnamon on top
