Cream Cheese4 tbsp
Lemon Zest1 tsp
Capers2 tbsp
Fresh Dill, chopped2 tbsp
Red Onion, finely sliced2 tsp
Pepper to taste

Methods

Step 01.

Slice each croissant in half and lightly toast for extra crispness.

Step 02.

In a small bowl, mix cream cheese with lemon zest for a fresh, zesty boost.

Step 03.

Spread the cream cheese mixture generously onto the bottom halves of each croissant.

Step 04.
