Sara Lee Large Croissant75g
Bacon
Poached Egg
Avocado
Tomato
Salt
Pepper

Methods

Step 01

Bake Sara Lee croissant for 6 minutes at 200°C.

Step 02

Poach egg for 3-4 minutes for a firm and runny yolk.

Step 03

Cook bacon to desired level of crispiness.

Step 04

Slice your croissants in half lengthways and lay in the tomato, cooked bacon, poached egg and avocado.

Step 05

Season with salt and pepper.
