9Ice cream Scoops (Variety of Flavours)
100gMelted chocolate
30gSprinkles, optional
Methods
Step 01.
Bake Cookies according to instructions and cool.
Step 02.
Spoon ice cream onto cling wrap and form into a log, the same diameter as cookies
Step 03.
Wrap log tightly and re-freeze
Step 04.
To serve cut a 3cm slice from ice cream log and sandwich between two cookies
Step 05.
To choc coat sandwich, dip into cooled melted chocolate and dust with sprinkles or nuts
Step 06.
Refreeze sandwich until chocolate is firm
