Creamy Garlic Prawn

Step 01.
Marinate prawns with pepper, salt, olive oil and garlic by tossing and mixing to a bowl. Set aside for no longer 20 minutes.
Step 02.
After 20 minutes of marination, melt 1 tbsp of unsalted butter in a skillet over medium high heat. Then add half of the prawns and cook for a minute. Repeat with remaining prawns, then set aside.
Step 03.
To create the cream sauce, add butter to the skillet and let it melt. Add garlic and stir until
golden brown.
Step 04.
Add white wine, turn up heat to high. Simmer while stirring base of the pan to dissolve golden bits into the sauce. Cook for one minute or until it evaporates and the wine smell is no longer present
Step 05.
Add chicken stock and reduce until mostly gone.
Step 06.
Add cream, then simmer on medium heat for 2
minutes until reduced and slightly thickened.
Step 07.
Add parmesan and stir for a bit. Then add prawns back in. Taste sauce, and see if more salt and pepper is needed. Then serve garnishing with parsley.
