Pizza dough600g
Tomato sugo80mL
Perfect Italiano Mozzarella Shred150g
Green peas, blanched, chilled and loosely crushed100g
Drizzle Olive oil
Flaked sea salt and cracked pepper to taste
Methods
Step 01
Roll out pizza dough into a loose rectangle shape and shape/press into a rectangle tray
Step 02
Evenly spread tomato sugo onto the base, followed by Perfect Italiano Mozzarella Shred
Step 03
Sprinkle crushed peas over mozzarella.
Step 04
Add pulled pork hock pieces
Step 05
Bake in pizza oven until based is crisp on the bottom and mozzarella is golden and blistered
Step 06
Remove from the oven and drizzle with olive oil, sea salt and cracked pepper
Step 07
Slice into large rustic style slices.
