Garlic Butter Salmon Portions

Step 01.
Place 4 already thawed Shore Mariner’s Salmon Portions, sprinkled with salt and pepper.
Step 02.
Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet/pan. Add salmon, curved side down and cook for 3 mins till golden.
Step 03.
Flip salmon and cook the other side for a minute then put butter in.
Step 04.
Baste the salmon portions with butter continuously for 1 ½ minutes.
Step 05.
Remove salmon from the stove, check the internal temperature. It should be 50°C for medium rare. Remove salmon from pan/skillet, rest for 3 minutes.
Step 06.
Add lemon juice to the butter that was left in the pan. Transfer the salmon portion to a serving plate; then drizzle the lemon juice and butter mixture over the salmon portion and garnish with the chopped parsley and serve.
