Icing Sugar, Sifted1.5 cups
Brandy15g

Methods

Step 01.

Cream the unsalted butter in a bowl until it becomes white and fluffy.

Step 02.

Gradually beat in the sifted icing sugar until fully combined.

Step 03.

Add the brandy little by little, beating well after each addition.

Step 04.

Transfer the mixture to a serving dish. Cover and chill until firm.
