Priestley’s Gourmet Delights Mediterranean Muffin1
Fresh green lettuce1 cup
Cherry tomatoes, halved6
Chopped cucumber½ cup
Crumbled feta¼ cup
Greek Yoghurt1 cup
Minced garlic2 cloves
Lemon juice4 tablespoons
Olive oil2 tablespoons
Salt1 teaspoon
Black pepper¼ teaspoon
Chopped fresh dill¼ cup

Methods

Step 01

Heat Priestley’s Gourmet Delight’s Mediterranean Muffin in the microwave for 40 seconds on high.

Step 02

Cut muffin in halves, or quarters and place on a plate.

Step 03

Add lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and crumbled feta on the side of the plate.

Step 04

Whisk together yoghurt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl.

Step 05

Add in the fresh dill.

Step 06

Drizzle dressing on the plate

Step 07

Season with black pepper.
