Porchetta, pesto and mozzarella sandwich

Speedibake Soft Turkish Pide1/2
Butter1 Tbsp
Pesto½ tbsp
Frisse lettuce leaf1
Radicchio leaf, sliced1
Roast porchetta, sliced100g
Crackling of porchetta
Condensed milk mayo1 tsp
Baby mozzarella4 slices
Tomato2 slices
Cucumber2 slices
Red onion3 slices

Methods

Step 01

Slice the pide in half and lightly toast and spread with butter to begin.

Step 02

Spread pesto on one side of the split pide and mayo on the other.

Step 03

Top pesto with lettuce, radicchio, pork, baby mozzarella, tomato, cucumber, red onion and then herbs.

Step 04

Smash crackling into chunks and then sprinkle them over the fillings. Add mayo-spreaded pide on top to serve.
