Whiskey Sauce
Methods
Step 01
In a skillet on medium heat, prepare and cook the bacon for approximately 10 minutes and set aside.
Step 02
Using the same skillet, cook your onions till brown for 5 minutes then add the brown sugar, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 03
Add whiskey, Worcestershire sauce and black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes, simmer on the side burner while burgers are cooking.
Burger
Methods
Step 01
Place Chef’s Choice Burger 120g or 100g on the grill. If using 120g, cook for 5 minutes on each side. For 100g, cook for 4 minutes on each side.
Step 02
Take off heat. Add a slice of cheese and wait for the cheese to melt on top.
Step 03
Assemble the burger by adding lettuce and top with the whiskey sauce made beforehand.
