Perfect Italiano Traditional Mozzarella Shredded90g
Pizza dough, rolled and ready200g
Lamb, oven roasted with lemon and rosemary, and diced110g
Mainland Special Reserve Creamy Feta Cubes35g
Kalamata olives, pitted and halved20g
Caramelised onions30ml
Lemon wedges3
Tzatziki dip30ml
Rosemary½
Cracked black pepper5g

Methods

Step 01

Spread Perfect Italiano Mozzarella around pizza base, with more at the outer edges than the centre.

Step 02

Place diced roasted lamb evenly around the pizza and follow with crumbled Mainland Feta Cubes and kalamata olives.

Step 03

Add a layer of caramelised onions which will protect the lamb from overcooking.

Step 04

When cooked, drizzle tzatziki dip over the pizza and garnish with chopped rosemary. Serve with lemon wedges for drizzling over.
