Bulla Thickened Cream300ml
Tomato sauce3 Tbsp
Lemon, juiced½
Tabasco sauce1 tsp
Worcestershire sauce2 Tbsp
Soft green herbs (parsley, dill, chives), chopped1 Tbsp
Sea Salt & Pepper to taste
Methods
Step 01
In a bowl, lightly whisk the Bulla Thickened Cream until slightly thickened.
Step 02
Stir in the tomato sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and tabasco sauce.
Step 03
Add herbs.
Step 04
Season to taste with sea salt and pepper. Add more lemon juice if required.
Step 05
Chilled and serve cold with fresh prawns and seafood.
