Step 01
Preheat grill to high heat. On a lined tray top brisket with provolone and grill until the cheese has melted.
Step 02
Preheat fryer to 170 then fry the onion rings until golden, remove, season, and set aside.
Step 03
Heat non-stick frying pan to medium heat, grill Soft Turkish Rounds on buttered sides until golden and toasted.
Step 04
In a bowl mix together the salad of iceberg, dill, parsley and daikon.
Step 05
To build: Spread the base of the Turkish Round Roll with barbecue sauce, top with cheesy brisket, tomato, salad mix, pickles and onion rings.
Step 06
On the top of the roll spread the ranch, then add to the top of the burger. Serve immediately for best results.
