Step 01
Prepare Thai chicken mix by combining chicken, soy, rice wine vinegar, ginger, sesame oil and dried chilli flakes.

Mix well until all evenly combined, place mixture in the refrigerator for one hour to allow to marinate.
Step 03
Place the pizza base on a 30 cm pizza tray, spread tomato sugo over the base.
Step 04
Sprinkle Perfect Italiano Mozzarella Shredded over tomato sugo, crumble Thai chicken mix over cheese.
Step 05
Cook in a preheated oven at 270ºC for 6 minutes* until crisp.
Step 06
Remove from oven. Combine green papaya, carrot, peanuts, coriander, and lime and mix to a salad, garnish pizza with salad.
* Cooking time and temperature will vary depending on oven i.e woodfired, conveyor, convection.
Chef’s Tip: Base can be substituted to make a gluten-free option.
