Detroit Style Smoked Ham Hock and Green Pea Pizza

Ingredients
- 600g Pizza dough
- 80ml Tomato sugo
- 150g Perfect Italiano Mozzarella Shred
- 100g Green peas, blanched, chilled and loosely crushed
- drizzle Olive oil
- Flaked sea salt and cracked pepper to taste

Method
- Roll out pizza dough into a loose rectangle shape and shape/press into a rectangle tray
- Evenly spread tomato sugo onto the base, followed by Perfect Italiano Mozzarella Shred
- Sprinkle crushed peas over mozzarella.
- Add pulled pork hock pieces
- Bake in pizza oven until based is crisp on the bottom and mozzarella is golden and blistered
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with olive oil, sea salt and cracked pepper
- Slice into large rustic style slices.
